Privacy Requests

Effective date: 1 October 2026.

1. What you can ask for

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access to personal information, correction/rectification, deletion/erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or other legally available rights. Some requests have exceptions.

2. How to submit a request

Email info@sopidotech.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Include the email address or other identifier you used when contacting us, the right you want to exercise, the relevant page/service if known, and enough detail for us to understand the request.

3. Identity verification

We may request reasonable information to verify that the requester is the person concerned or is authorised to act for them. Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment-card numbers or other secrets by ordinary email.

4. Response process

We will assess the request under applicable law and respond within the required legal period or, where no specific period applies, within a reasonable period. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the applicable reason where the law allows us to do so.

5. Complaints

You may have a right to complain to the relevant data-protection supervisory authority in your country or region. In Nigeria, the relevant supervisory authority is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
