Accessibility Statement
Our approach to making sopidotech.com usable across devices and with assistive technologies.
Effective date: 1 October 2026. We aim to improve accessibility continuously rather than treating it as a one-time compliance exercise.
1. Accessibility approach
We work toward practical accessibility using semantic HTML, logical heading hierarchy, descriptive labels, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, responsive layouts, readable type, appropriate contrast and meaningful alternative text for informative images.
2. Responsive and mobile use
The interface is designed for desktop, tablet, mobile and small-screen use, with touch-sized controls and layouts that avoid intentional horizontal scrolling.
3. Tools and interactive content
Free tools are designed to support keyboard input and clear result areas. Charts include text values, and tables support keyboard navigation. Third-party widgets may have their own accessibility limitations.
4. Third-party services
External services can have accessibility behaviour outside our control. We aim to identify important third-party dependencies where they materially affect a user journey.
5. Report a barrier
Email info@sopidotech.com with the page URL, the problem you encountered, the device/browser if relevant, and the outcome you were trying to achieve. We will review the report and, where practical, fix the issue or provide an alternative way to complete the task.
